👀 Looking Ahead

In this step, we did pilot tests to work directly with our early adopters and learn more about their problem and how we can solve it. If everything went according to plan, you were able to build a series of solutions that each took less than a week to plan and implement, and you were able to convince customers to pay at least $100 to solve their problem. In the next step, we'll gauge how much interest there is in the problem you're solving and the solution you're brainstorming. To do so, we'll be doing some secondary research on the size and value of the market.
