1. Check your priorities! Do you have too many other obligations, and can you reprioritize them? Can you figure out a way to be more effective with your timeboxing?
2. Check in with your expectations. Do you have realistic expectations around progress given your inputs (available time, skills, network, etc.)? Be honest with yourself about what you can expect to accomplish.
3. Take a step back: Sometimes, a little perspective goes a long way. When you're knee-deep in one problem, it's hard to see other opportunities. Go on a weekend trip and try to find some headspace outside of your business idea. Studies also show that you're more productive when you're more relaxed. (I think you can tell by now how much we love self-care).
4. Talk to people: If you find yourself spinning your wheels, remember you have external levers (in the form of people!) Talk to customers, advisors, experts, and other founders in the Female Founder School network.
5. Reframe: See if you can change perspective by asking yourself this question: "What is not working, or what are the top reasons I think I'm stuck?" Now, formulate an opposite viewpoint for each of those thoughts and apply those opposing viewpoints back to your idea. Are you able to change your pattern of thinking and make it positive?
